DAILY RATES

• 0-30 minutes: $5.00
• 30 minutes-1 hour: $8.00
• 1 hour-1 1/2 hours: $11.00
• 1 1/2 hours-2 hours: $14.00
• 2 hours-2 1/2 hours: $17.00
• 2 1/2 hours -3 hours: $20.00
• 3 hours and over: $22.00

* Customers serving jury duty get a $9.00 discount when showing their jury duty sticker or summons for an all-day rate of $13.00. This discount is only available onsite at the time of check out. No refunds for jury duty discounts after check-out. 

MONTHLY RATES

• Unlimited monthly parking is $204.00 (this includes the 20% Baltimore City parking tax). Parkers are provided with an access card for 24 hour/7 day a week access. Monthly parking is non-refundable. Cancellation required before the start of the next month. 
• Residential Debit Account is a discounted daily rate of $3 per day for evening (entering after 4PM – exiting by 9:30AM) and weekend parking. Parking between 9:30AM and 4PM on weekdays is an additional $15. Required starting debit amount is $100.

EVENING/WEEKEND RATES
$5.00 if entering the garage after 4:00 PM and exiting before 6:05 AM.

Love Spot Hero? You can park at 200 St Paul using Spot Hero, too! Scan the QR code to enter and exit.  Spot Hero is great for daily and hourly parking. You can reserve monthly parking through Spot Hero as well, but we recommend reserving monthly parking directly through Bay City.
